The Effective Strategic Leadership® (ESL) program is the fourth step in becoming a Total Leader. Strategic leadership is the ability to lead an organization. A strategic leader is able to define and develop the organization’s purpose, key strategies, and optimum structure and to determine which processes will be most
effective in helping the organization succeed.
This program helps people and organizations:
