The Total Leader®
Total Leader program was developed to fill a leadership void in the global marketplace. In order for businesses to become truly empowered, productive, and innovative enterprises, they must develop leaders throughout the entire organization. It is only when people are able to lead themselves that they are actually empowered to be creative and innovative – and to achieve the highest level of performance.
The Total Leader concept has two key principles:
1. In order for organizations to succeed in the 21st century, leadership abilities must be developed in every team member throughout the organization. Leadership is no longer a position or title, but rather a process that every person at every level must practice.

The first step in becoming a Total Leader is the Effective Personal Productivity® (EPP) program.

This program helps people:
• Realize their potential by building upon strengths and improving self-image
• Make choices for success by overcoming past conditioning

Effective Motivational Leadership®
The third step in becoming a Total Leader is the Effective Motivational Leadership® (EML) program.
As the world of business has changed and evolved, the need for effective leaders has skyrocketed. For businesses to become truly empowered and innovative enterprises, they must develop leaders throughout the entire organization.
This program helps people:

Effective Strategic Leadership®
The Effective Strategic Leadership® (ESL) program is the fourth step in becoming a Total Leader. Strategic leadership is the ability to lead an organization. A strategic leader is able to define and develop the organization’s purpose, key strategies, and optimum structure and to determine which processes will be most
effective in helping the organization succeed.
This program helps people and organizations:
